This week’s top tip from the Happiness course I’m running is that learning new things really helps our sense of Wellbeing & Happiness. So it turns out it’s actually just as well my Hob died and still isn’t replaced because I have now learnt to cook an entire curry from scratch in the microwave … and my kids even prefer it.
