For the 11th Tip of Christmas the Couples Coach gave to me …. 11 Partners NOT Sniping (genius rhyme with Pipers Piping – I think I’m getting better ????).
Sniping is a very destructive behaviour for relationships so try your very best not to do it. Worse than sniping in private is sniping in front of other people. It doesn’t make you look good either. If you can’t say anything positive, kind or nice then try your best to hold your tongue. With plenty of other pressures, this is definitely not the time for speaking up about your grievances. Even if it were, public sniping is not the way to do it. Oh and for the avoidance of doubt, you’re probably not ‘being amusing’ when you do it either.
