• 1.5 Cups Of Oats

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 2 cups any non-dairy milk
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • approx 1/4 cup of pecan nuts


Bung it in blender and whizz up. It will thicken as it sits but adjust with more milk to waffle mix consistency. It doesn’t need to be precise at all. I gave my non-stick waffle maker a very light brush of coconut oil for the first batch and it was fine after. Served with banana and butterscotch sauce leftover from the other day
