This week I’m all about recipes. Every time I cook the kids say ‘did you actually follow a recipe?’. I have bad form with not following recipes (independent nature!) with iffy results. But this week I have behaved hence Vegan Brownies to die for & happy kids! The same goes for our relationships. What would be a recipe for a happy relationship in your house? I recommend keeping them simple, just 2 or 3 key ingredients, to keep it easier to follow. The husband and I are trying a new ‘dish’ based on Kindness & Connection this week. And because we are competitive with one another there is a bit of light-hearted score keeping as well – it helps to keep us on track. What would your relationship recipe involve?
