Bad habits. We all have them and it is very easy to fall into them unconsciously and suddenly that way of acting becomes our norm. The same applies whether it’s always eating chocolate every day with your morning cuppa (YUM) or not actually being very nice to your partner (Not so YUM). They are all unhelpful patterns of behaviour. But first we need to see what they are. If you had a reality TV camera team in your house 24 hours a day where might you up your game or try to be a better person? What would you cringe about if you saw your true self on the telly (& I’m not talking about your appearance here)? By becoming aware first we can then choose to do something about them.
