I’m jointly leading a workshop for some fellow coaches today titled ‘Let’s talk about sex’. On the one hand sex is literally everywhere you look – in music videos, adverts, kids looking at porn etc etc and yet why do we find it so hard to talk about? Couples often are able to open up and discuss most topics and difficulties they are having in coaching but sex is the one area that they find hardest to talk about. Not just in the coaching sessions but between themselves as well & to friends. There is so much potential for hurt, upset and embarrassment that most avoid it and a huge part of loving relationships can waste away. Let’s get sex back on the table!
