One for the chaps to pay attention to today. I bought a bikini a few days ago (first since having kids due to pregnancy- trashed body), tried it on this morning & decided to show the family. My 7 year old daughter said ‘Wow Mummy you look amazing, I love it’. My deliberately annoying 8 year old son said ‘Rubbish’. Husband looked up from his laptop and said ‘Errrrrr’, paused, looked awkward while I waited and said ‘Errrr’ again. At which point I stomped off with him quickly then adding ‘it’s the colour I’m not sure about’. Guess who my favourite member of the family is today?! So fellas, when in doubt, bring out your inner girl, and start with ‘You look great ‘ and then you can add any thoughts on colour / style afterwards!
